Ed was great! Love Ed! Mechanic gave my car back with the headlight trim popped out and hood latch switch unplugged which caused keyless entry not to work. Hood latch was mid adjusted also. After repairs I had to drop the hood pretty high for it to latch, I readjusted back to normal on my own when I got home. Due to the problems at hand when I got my car back I'm worried other things are screwed up that I can't see unless I take the car back apart. Fingers are crossed no bolts or clips are missing or broken and that everything was properly tightened down.. simple radiator fan motor replacement.. maybe techs need to cut less corners on warranty work???

I feel like there’s no communication between the employees of the dealership. I’ve been to the dealership about five times since I had my car, and one time they completely lost my car. Another time, they couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car. One time I came in for an oil/filter change, they told me I couldn’t have an oil change because it didn’t meet their requirement.

Very good overall. Maddie is like my car's pediatrician. She handled all of the activities from assessing the dashboard light and looking at the history files and suggested that my transmission is due and did all that needs to be taken care of in a seamless way. I also like the video they send when tech diagnosis and does multipoint inspection. The waiting area is clean spacious and the wifi is good so I can work while waiting. Maddie also made sure everything is done on time and very efficient from greeting the moment car enters to fixing to billing and sign off in a perfect TAT. I didn't overwait and my car gets premium treatment at the dealership. I don't go anywhere else for my car's needs. Been a customer for ~4yrs now. So far it's awesome. Thank you to the team.
Russ Darrow personnel are always very kind and crystal clear on what services you are getting and how long it will take. Maddie did a great job answering my questions. She also went above and beyond the call - I showed her a little plastic piece that popped out inside the car on the front passenger side under the dashboard. I couldn't figure out where it came from. She found where it fell off and snapped it back into place. I really appreciated that.
