Daryl Robinson is outstanding, he truly goes above and beyond for his perspective customers which I appreciate. This is a man that knows his numbers, fleet and options to provide. I recommend asking to speak with him! Facility was very clean, accommodating and kind staff, will be back.
Overall came in for oil, change and general check. Not sure how I ended up with hundreds of dollars more of work that yes I signed yes for since it’s part of Hondas protocol. I guess I wish I would be given a clear answer on what can wait and what needs to be done urgently. I wonder if there’s an incentive to add-on options. I am a trusting person, but now I feel gullible..
The experience was exceptional. They provided a shuttle so I wouldn't have to wait several hours. Also, there was a garage fee that I wasn't aware of. They kindly removed that fee from my invoice. I was very surprised and happy about at that. Also, the detail they did on my car was especially nice!

Service advisor only person who could help and she was on vacation. Ordered wrong part, but was not told until after the dealership for install and waited an hour. Had to follow up myself to see if the re-ordered part was in, etc.

Dropping off our car for service was a seamless experience. Our service advisor listened to our concerns and made sure that they were addressed. We were kept informed of wh a t was needed and given options when they were available. We would highly recommend!

They are open on Sunday and were able to fix my low tire. It had a screw in it and they were able to repair fast so I could get back to work the next day. Super friendly employees and highly recommend both this dealer and service department!
We recently purchased a vehicle at Russ Darrow Honda where we worked with Derrick Taylor. We have been fortunate to work with Derrick a couple of times and he is always patient, professional, and communicates clearly during the process.
Luke was a great salesman to deal with! He made the process of trading it and purchasing the car I wanted easy and efficient. The dealership had a nice selection and allowed me to find the exact car I wanted at a price I could afford. Highly recommend!
Good but the prices arent very good. Tried to brush off minor damage on the vehicle and they charge a 400$ fee for "safety inspection" lol.

We dealt with Luke and I gotta say that this guy knows his stuff. First off, he's a "car guy" who's been working on cars all his life and can answer any questions you have about cars and motorcycles too. No high pressure sales tactics or closing time tricks that can add to the cost. A real good experience and I left with my new Honda feeling like Russ Darrow and Luke genuinely care about their customers.

I’ve have several new cars but this was by far the best experience. Usually you spend a full day at the dealership however I was there less that 3 hours. They got me the car I wanted and I was in and out! My sales person Rowley was the best!

Aleiah got a dealer loaner for me to use because it was quicker and I could get to work on time. The mechanic located the 'noise' issue using a stethoscope and all repairs were done on time. They repaired a slow leak on one of my tires for free.
We worked with Dakota to purchase a new range line truck. This was the best salesperson I ever worked with. I advise everyone to work with Dakota you won't be sorry.
