Car was due for an oil change. Decided to replace tires. General knowledge of sales rep on tires was minimal. Parts person has 0 personality and as little info on tires. Once I did my own research I was told one of the tires was not in stock. Just a not good process. The center itself is below standards I am used too. Little in the way of refreshments. Video that they sent me was extremely unhelpful. Moving the phone way too fast, so that you couldn’t see anything. Like he was just trying to pacify the customer. Very unprofessional and useless. The work that was done seems to be okay.

Paid to much, was not offered a discounted rate, warranty is still valid and did not use my warranty, labor was more then parts, car messed up after a year of having car, Honda was not accommodating enough

it was a very confusing appointment first I called to make the appointment and was told they would do a tire rotation and oil change under my plan as it is a lease car. When I got there they said I was 1 day too late to be covered by the Honda program that I had coverage for oil changes, but not for tire rotation ( paid $300 for extended service plan) I didn't really know who to go to to try to get it straightened out. Easy to make an appointment. Efficient on arrival, with friendly, welcoming staff. They walked through what would be included in the scheduled maintenance, and provided an estimated price. Informed me when the service was complete and provided a video review with step by step actions taken. She was short. Seemed irritated with my questions. Wasn’t listening when I explained previous issue with mechanical not clearing code that I already had serviced. She was dismissive when I was asking about the codes because I need to figure out priorities as I couldn’t do all of the codes. She kept giving these smirks as if I was waiting her time. Dealership repairs are expensive but the finance payments and shuttle/ride availability options are really nice; a lot of other auto shops don't offer this. Over the course of 12 years the customer service has always been good.

Everything went pretty well. The only exception was that my husband was told someone would get back to him after an hour to give him a status on the recall work. An hour and a half later my husband went and found someone to get an update. They were very helpful in arranging a ride home and they were very friendly.
