Great customer service
I had a great experience at Russ Darrow Honda. I was looking to replace my 2008 Honda Fit with a newer model. They had the perfect car (2018 FIt) with an almost pristine exterior and interior. Dakota took care of us. The process was seamless and everyone was friendly and helpful. Now I'm setting up my first oil change and wash!I highly recommend Russ Darrow Honda.

They do fine work but communicating with them has always been challenging for me. I often ask for one thing and get something else or don’t get what I asked for which is why I now don’t really go there unless I absolutely need to.

Everything thing was good, except had to go across town for a loaner car because of à recall. Very inconvenient.
After this lease is up, I am done with Russ Darrow. there service department has gone downhill and no one there cares. Had to bring my car in to get fixed. First time, car sat there all day, just to be told 9 hours later that it will need to come back because the part was defective. Excellent service. Straightforward and quick to get to work. I went there without an appointment, and they took me in right away. Within two hours, I had my car back with the issue I had been dealing with for weeks finally repaired. I’ve tried several Honda dealerships, and these guys have been the best by far. I especially like how they record videos showing the work they perform and send them directly to customers. I’ve never experienced that level of transparency at any other dealership. Lesia has helped me multiple times; she helped me get into my brand new 2022 Honda Pilot. My husband took me to her then in his 2000 Buick Lasabre. We called her BIG BLUE, but unfortunately his car finally gave up. My husband was so determined and he saved up. She got him in a brand new 2026 Honda Civic Sport. Customer service at the service center is subpar. Was told my recall would take about half a day to complete. Brought my car in at 9:30 for my appt and had to call at 4:45 as I hadn’t received any updates. My car was still being worked on at that time and would be done around 5:15.
