Our salesman, Timothy, was more preoccupied with taking pictures of a car outside than us. Had to constantly wait for him throughout our visit. Before I left I noticed the middle console only partially attached, and had to wait for the service department to fix it. When I got home I noticed one of the valve covers was missing, and I noticed a piece of protective wrap still on the top of the cab.

Easy to make an appointment.
Easy to make an appointment. Efficient on arrival, with friendly, welcoming staff. They walked through what would be included in the scheduled maintenance, and provided an estimated price. Informed me when the service was complete and provided a video review with step by step actions taken. I took advantage of the free shuttle home, so shuttle picked me up for return and pick up of my car. Check out for the price quoted for the service, was easy. I have been using Honda Services for over 20 years in 3 other states, having just moved to the Milwaukee suburbs I am very happy to have had the Best Service Experience!

She was short.
She was short. Seemed irritated with my questions. Wasn’t listening when I explained previous issue with mechanical not clearing code that I already had serviced. She was dismissive when I was asking about the codes because I need to figure out priorities as I couldn’t do all of the codes. She kept giving these smirks as if I was waiting her time. I wouldn’t want her to service me again. She found her self trying to apologize, and stated it had been a long day. Sorry if don’t feel like doing your job, pass me on to another team member. I will have to say, this is the first time ver experiencing this. Everyone else I have come across had done tremendous job. This is why I go out of my way to come to that location.

Car was due for an oil change.
Car was due for an oil change. Decided to replace tires. General knowledge of sales rep on tires was minimal. Parts person has 0 personality and as little info on tires. Once I did my own research I was told one of the tires was not in stock. Just a not good process. The center itself is below standards I am used too. Little in the way of refreshments. Not a very good place to wait. Most maddening is that when I called for the oil change would have been nice to be told there were several other maintenance jobs that should be done. With the ties it was a 5-6 hr job. I would have scheduled a different day as there were things I planned on doing. The rep that helped me was very pleasant, best attitude. Otherwise I would rate a 2 overall score

My wife and I are pretty fussy when it's finally time to buy a car. We don't want to play the typical dealer games to see who comes out on top. We prefer to have everyone put their cards on the table and work something out that's good for everyone. Dakota was a joy. In my first call to her we discussed what I was looking for and within minutes she had emailed me a video of three cars she thought were the ideal selection of what she had on the lot. (she was right) That was followed by an email with photos and technical information of the three. By the time we sat down the following day, she had the one car that came in the color my wife favored cleaned and brought to the office area for a comfortable inspection. She spent twenty minutes of so with my wife in the car, going over all the pertinent features so that she would be comfortable driving it and then accompanied us on the test drive. It was so refreshing to find someone so committed to detail and making the customer comfortable with the product. I would recommend everyone I know to work with her on their next purchase. We picked up the car the next day and my wife is still smiling.

Car was due for an oil change.
Car was due for an oil change. Decided to replace tires. General knowledge of sales rep on tires was minimal. Parts person has 0 personality and as little info on tires. Once I did my own research I was told one of the tires was not in stock. Just a not good process. The center itself is below standards I am used too. Little in the way of refreshments. Not a very good place to wait. Most maddening is that when I called for the oil change would have been nice to be told there were several other maintenance jobs that should be done. With the ties it was a 5-6 hr job. I would have scheduled a different day as there were things I planned on doing. The rep that helped me was very pleasant, best attitude. Otherwise I would rate a 2 overall score
