Pretty good dealer to work with, was a bit disappointed
Pretty good dealer to work with, was a bit disappointed this last visit they didn't run my car thru the car wash and gave it back dirty. There was also some oily substance on my driver door armrest and my steering wheel felt slippery.. had to clean it when I got back home.. the service guy that checked my car in was really nice but I think he might be new.. seemed like he was trying to hard to please me so I hope someone tells him to relax a little bit.. Overall the experience was good. The shuttle driver was awesome! Really enjoyed the conversation with him while he was giving me a ride to and from the dealer ship... Please let everyone know they did a good job. The oily stuff came off easily.. I couldn't tell if it was motor oil or some kind of skin lotion or something.. thanks again everyone!

My car looked like it was ransacked. I showed the associate how the mechanics left my car and it was a complete mess. It is very disrespectful the way it was left. I am NOT a fan of Honda. The service sucks. I’ve taken the vehicle to multiple Honda dealers and it’s always something. Never again will I purchase a Honda.

Your Lyft process for getting customers home is flawed
Your Lyft process for getting customers home is flawed and inconsistent. The recall on the fuel pump was done incorrectly and it resulted in the car stalling in traffic. Called twice to get a tow and twice both service representatives answered and failed to help. Me asking for a service manager got me sent to a voicemail while stuck in traffic. Finally received service and a tow and was told if it’s discovered to be the Honda dealership fault they will cover the tow. Great reassurance while I’m in traffic. Having left your dealership 30 minutes prior. Overall. The experience involving the Lyft issues all the way to a fuel pump installed incorrectly has left me with very little confidence in this dealership.

I go past two other Honda Dealers near my home.
I go past two other Honda Dealers near my home. I love the service I receive from Rachel she’s the best, so are the technicians. The service manager Jay and the GM George are great!! I will always go out of my way to have my service here as well as purchase all my vehicles here.

I have been a Honda owner (and lover) since 1995.
I have been a Honda owner (and lover) since 1995. I'm highly disappointed in Honda, Russ Darrrow and the service manager. December 21, 2021 I purchased genuine Honda parts for a brake/rotor replacement. The parts come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. I have NEVER had problems with my OEM parts, NEVER. This set of brakes and rotors failed due to rust in less than 8 months of daily use. Russ Darrow had mileage at install and mileage when I brought the 2017 Civic Si in for vibration and soft pedal feel. The advisor admitted that this shouldn't be but his hands are tied because Honda won't warranty rust...the rust is a defect. The car hasn't been sitting, as proven by the mileage, the parts are DEFECTIVE. Instead of the service department advocating for me, the customer, they wanted me to pay for another complete brake/rotor replacement in less than 9 months. Instead of Russ Darrow realizing the defective parts they took the easy route and declined without calling the Honda representative. I have contacted Honda, we will see what happens. I have filed a report with NHTSA in regards to the safety issue with the brakes that Russ Darrow and the service manager seem apathetic. I won't be back. I wont buy OEM parts if Honda fails to stand behind them.

We had a horrible experience at other Honda dealers, that didn’t care about our blended family or about health precautions with Covid. This was the dealer that took the time to care and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. They understood our budget and what we asked for and couldn’t do. I applaud Russ Darrow Honda for ensuring their staff is diverse and reflective of their communities. Black Excellence is found at Russ Darrow Honda. Stan was lovely, we thank him for his service in the military as well. He was kind, patient, and was speedy when we needed to get the car that day. We’d recommend them to anyone, and will be back in the future.

Russ Darrow Honda employees are the epitome of what car dealership employees should be: respectful, kind, and honest. Everyone I came into contact with was laser focused on providing a 10/10 customer service experience from start to finish, and they succeeded. They were respectful of my budget and my time. They listened to my wants and needs. Most importantly, they used their wealth of knowledge about vehicles to find a vehicle for me that was nothing short of the best that I could comfortably afford, while keeping me solidly inside of my budget, and extremely satisfied with the 2025 Honda Civic I leased. I know that I’ll be recommending Russ Darrow Honda in the future to anyone interested in a new vehicle. There’s no way I could send someone to another dealership.
