Customer service at the service center is subpar. Was told my recall would take about half a day to complete. Brought my car in at 9:30 for my appt and had to call at 4:45 as I hadn’t received any updates. My car was still being worked on at that time and would be done around 5:15. I asked if there was an issue as this was 7 hours later and was told by Angela that because I didn’t tell her a time I needed my car back by others were completed before mine. This wasn’t shared when I dropped it off as I hadn’t expected to have my car there all day. You shouldn’t be told it will take half a day when they don’t intend to start working on it until hours later. Not the first issue I’ve had with Russ Darrow service center customer service. Won’t be bringing it back. Will also be the last purchase from Russ Darrow. On another note, Rosen Kia completed recall work on another vehicle recently and the customer service was phenomenal.
