Came in with someone else to look at getting her a vehicle and I ended up getting myself one instead. We had plenty of time to walk the lot and look at different vehicles. We saw one guy working with another couple, so we were going to wait. Luckily, we didn't have to wait long as we heard heels in the parking lot. It was Dakota coming to assist! Dakota was the absolute best. She was not pushy at all. Let us test drive the car while explaining the new technology. I knew they really wanted to make the sale that night, but we definitely wanted to take the time to go over finances to make sure we weren't getting in over our heads. Again, no pressure to purchase that night. We took the weekend to think and received a text from Dakota checking in with us to see if we had any questions that she could answer. I found a different color online with a cheaper price (still at this same location) so I texted her and asked if it was available. It was and bless Dakota for dealing with us, we test drove one but kept trying to compare it to the other one we test drove, so she had to go back and get the keys for the other one. She didn't complain once. We ended up staying past business hours to sign the documents and no one was upset. Everyone was very nice and friendly, spent lots of time explaining the process and the end of lease options as well as other protections we could choose but not pushy about it. Great experience over all. Dakota though has been wonderful the whole time. She constantly checked in by phone calls and text messages to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted and that I didn't have any questions. She also spent some time showing me some features that we didn't talk about during the test drive. This whole process has been very easy going and stress free. Thank you Russ Darrow and especially Dakota, can't wait to keep doing business with you.

Daryl got me into the dealership. I was working back and forth with to him for weeks. I love the service I received. Dakota took great care of us in person at the dealership. She made sure our son was comfortable in the Kids Zone while we were doing paperwork .Gerald in finance is professional and not overly pushy from a finance person standpoint. He’s knowledgeable. We’ve bought multiple Hondas over the years from other reputable Honda dealerships but this dealership cares for hard working class people.
