Maddie was excellent. Made me feel confident that my needs were addressed and I appreciated her service suggestions. I am from the Quad Cities area and needed oil changed as I forgot to have my home dealership utilized. She is an asset to your company, One suggestion is to have the Technician speak more clearly as he video the under carriage of my car. Could not understand his explanations.

I was very impressed with the professional and the pleasant customer service I experienced. The wait was short and the waiting area was comfortable. They even had snacks for free. I would use this facility again for sure. Great customer service. Keep it up!!

I appreciated the pace and lack of high pressure tactics that I have experienced in the past when buy/leasing a car. Dakota explained the xxxxxxof buying a cerified used car with an extended warrantee. Really felt that she had our best interests at heart. The facility was very clean, and the staff we encountered were very nice and you could tell they are happy at their jobs. I do recommend this Honda dealership and Dakota as well!
