Everything thing was good, except had to go across town for a loaner car because of à recall. Very inconvenient.

After this lease is up, I am done with Russ Darrow. there service department has gone downhill and no one there cares. Had to bring my car in to get fixed. First time, car sat there all day, just to be told 9 hours later that it will need to come back because the part was defective. That first time, the mechanic screwed up the rubber on my window and scratched my guard. Told Aleieh about it, acted like it didnt matter. My window is slightly fixed. It still rubs against the door and my window rubber is stretched from not putting it in correctly the first time. The car is a2026 and the mechanic gave zero xxxxs about caring for it while working on it and putting it together. Grease was all over the steering wheel. The service here sucks and I will gladly drive to West Bend dealership until my lease is up. Been with Russ Darrow since2013 and never again!!!

Excellent service, friendly personnel

Excellent service. Straightforward and quick to get to work. I went there without an appointment, and they took me in right away. Within two hours, I had my car back with the issue I had been dealing with for weeks finally repaired. I’ve tried several Honda dealerships, and these guys have been the best by far. I especially like how they record videos showing the work they perform and send them directly to customers. I’ve never experienced that level of transparency at any other dealership. Highly recommended! But I think the diagnostic fee is kind of high but it’s okay as long as you are getting the solution.

Always keep me updated when while having maintenance completed or needing it to have a repair done
