I love that this dealership does work with people regardless of their credit/financial profile (to a certain extent) however, as a woman I don’t like the pushiness of services or flirtatiousness of the men that work here. Dakota truly made my experience comfortable and non intimidating.

Once again, my service advisor Maddie was so helpful in recommending important repairs for my very old 2008 Honda Accord AND offering me the best savings via current coupons. She and the service technician who I spoke to, I felt were very honest.

I've been a Russ Darrow customer for many years. I plan on continuing. Don't know what was going on though the last time I was there. Seemed like I was being mixed up with someone else. I had come in ro have my subframe replaced. Thw paers had finally come in. I was told it would take an hour or two. A short while later I was told that my oil had been changed ans that I was good to go. Hadn't come in for an oil change. I explained what I was there for. I had also come in to get my windshield wipers replaced. That never happened.

Our car buying experience went smooth and fairly quickly. Daryl was super friendly and helpful. He made it all worth it.
