One thing I wanted to mention is that I think her approach when greeting customers comes across as a little too aggressive. I would rather be greeted, asked what I’m there for, and then invited inside so we can look at what my vehicle actually needs, instead of being told everything that needs to be done before anyone has even looked at it. On a previous visit, I came in because my tire pressure light kept turning on. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the tire and that it did not need to be checked. However, after driving to Detroit, I discovered there was a nail in the tire. This suggests that the initial assessment may not have included a thorough inspection, which can impact customer trust and safety. Based on these experiences, I would prefer to work with a different staff member in the future. I visit this dealership regularly, and my interactions with other team members have consistently been more welcoming and attentive to my concerns. Focusing on active listening, thorough inspections, and clear communication could help improve the overall customer experience.
Good They diagnosed a problem and fixed the problem within 24 hrs Next time I hope to get a sale price. Maybe this could've been cheaper

I had no appointment, they estimated approximately 45 minutes. It took only about 30 minutes. Friendly staff!
Car was due for an oil change. Decided to replace tires. General knowledge of sales rep on tires was minimal. Parts person has 0 personality and as little info on tires. Once I did my own research I was told one of the tires was not in stock. Just a not good process. The center itself is below standards I am used too. Little in the way of refreshments. Not a very good place to wait. Most maddening is that when I called for the oil change would have been nice to be told there were several other maintenance jobs that should be done. With the ties it was a 5-6 hr job. I would have scheduled a different day as there were things I planned on doing. The rep that helped me was very pleasant, best attitude. Otherwise I would rate a 2 overall score
She was extremely nice about the service but I didn’t lthe car that you had for me to get from the car rental place
Video that they sent me was extremely unhelpful. Moving the phone way too fast, so that you couldn’t see anything. Like he was just trying to pacify the customer. Very unprofessional and useless. The work that was done seems to be okay.

Paid to much, was not offered a discounted rate, warranty is still valid and did not use my warranty, labor was more then parts, car messed up after a year of having car, Honda was not accommodating enough

it was a very confusing appointment first I called to make the appointment and was told they would do a tire rotation and oil change under my plan as it is a lease car. When I got there they said I was 1 day too late to be covered by the Honda program that I had coverage for oil changes, but not for tire rotation ( paid $300 for extended service plan) I didn't really know who to go to to try to get it straightened out. I guess I could try the corporate office. Then I said the steering wheel made a funny noise and they said that couldn't be fixed but then when I got the car, they did fix it and then I asked him if they could get the seat so it didn't go so far back that I couldn't reach the button and they said no it couldn't be fixed but then all of a sudden I hit something and it's fixed so all in all not a very satisfying experience
